Lilium Floral Design | Donations Requests

Due to the volume of donation requests received by Lilium, we are unable to provide donations for all requests.

In order to qualify for a donation the request must:

Be received at least 90 days prior to the date of the event.
Benefit non-‐profit organizations.

Donation Requests should include:

Organization’s official letterhead
All contact information
Date of Event
501 C3 tax form
Details of Event, including date, purpose, expected attendance and beneficiaries

After your donation request is processed you will receive a confirmation email with a request for you to call to discuss details or an email with a negative approval if your donation does not meet requirements.
